 Some things i wish to add to this:  This actually isn't a tutorial. I'm not suited to teach anything; it somehow sounds like one because I added some tips. But it's only one of the ways i color Im gonna be honest; this is the first time I use this kind of coloring; it was some sort of experiment and it turned out to be a nice soft cell shading style. I use different ways of coloring depending on the picture i want to do, the software im using, my own mood.. etc But that's my main advice if im allowed to give any; try try try try try try experiment!! before doing it this way, i colored it differently and because i didnt like it, i tried another one. I enabled the download option if you want to save it to your computer to read it more comfortably If there's anything else you would like to ask, go for it! Ill answer everything i can! Well, I think I can consider it a tutorial. Why? I have seen lots of tutorials, and some of them are really bad.
And I think yours look pretty good!
The part of deleting is really boring x_x
Have you already tried to use the... "Balde" with "Baixa tolerância"? (sorry, my PS is in portuguese)

mmm yes, the problem with the bucket is that sometimes it doesnt cover that well every pixel; i should try it as you say by lowering the tolerance; thanks for the tip!
